Transit construction fund. In addition to the powers\nprovided elsewhere in this title, and to effectuate the purposes of the\ntransit construction fund act, constituting title nine-a of article five\nof this chapter, the authority or any subsidiary may: (a) acquire and\nuse any transit facility in accordance with the terms and conditions of\nany sublease or other agreement with the transit construction fund; (b)\nauthorize the use by the transit construction fund, either with or\nwithout compensation to the authority, of the agents, employees and\nfacilities of the authority; (c) make and execute contracts, leases,\nsubleases and all other instruments or agreements deemed necessary or\nconvenient including agreements with the metropolitan transportation\nauthority and the transit construction fund; and (d) do any and all\nother things deemed necessary or convenient.","path":["Public Authorities Law","Article 5.
