Termination of the authority. Whenever all of the bonds\nand notes issued by the authority shall have been redeemed or cancelled,\nand all its liabilities and duties met or discharged, and the\ntermination date of its corporate existence as set forth in section\nsixteen hundred-c of this title shall have been reached, the authority\nshall cease to exist and all rights, titles and interests and all\nobligations and liabilities thereof vested in or possessed by the\nauthority shall thereupon vest in and be possessed by the village of\nTarrytown.\n  * NB Ceased to exist December 31, 1999","path":["Public Authorities Law","Article 7.
