The contracts for the\nconstruction of eligible projects constructed and financed pursuant to a\nfinancing agreement shall be subject to the requirements and provisions\nof article fifteen-A of the executive law and, for such purposes, any\nsuch contract shall be considered a \"state contract\" and the department\nshall be the \"contracting agency\" for each such contract.","path":["Public Health Law","Article 11.
