Every\nprovider who provides mammography services shall ascertain when, or if,\ntheir patients have had a clinical breast examination prior to providing\nsuch service and shall include such information with any mammography\nresults or reports to alert healthcare providers if a clinical breast\nexamination has not recently been performed. Criminal penalties for\nviolation pursuant to subdivisions one and two of section twelve-b of\nthis chapter shall not apply to this section.","path":["Public Health Law","Article 24.
