Where access\nto telephone numbers in the 800 and/or 900 area codes has been blocked\nat the request of the customer of record to prevent the completion of\nthe call to numbers in such area codes, the customer of record may\nprovide a personal password to be retained in the customer's record for\npurposes of preventing the unauthorized removal of the request for\nblocking. No telephone corporation shall remove such telephonic block\nexcept pursuant to the customer of record providing the correct\npassword, or a request of the customer of record made in writing or in\nperson to such telephone corporation.","path":["Public Service Law","Article 5.
