A fund for the promotion of equine\nresearch is hereby created in the New York state veterinary college at\nCornell, as a regents approved veterinary college facility of a land\ngrant university within this state. The fund is hereby designated the\n\"Harry M. Zweig memorial fund\" for equine research in honor of the late\nHarry M. Zweig, D.V.M.
