As used in this chapter:\n  (a) \"Cooperative\" means any corporation organized under this chapter\nor which becomes subject to this chapter in the manner hereinafter\nprovided;\n  (b) \"Person\" means any natural person, firm, association, corporation,\nbusiness trust, partnership, federal agency, state or political\nsubdivision or agency thereof, or any body politic; and\n  (c) \"Rural areas\" means any area of the state not included within the\nboundaries of any city or village having a population in excess of\ntwenty thousand inhabitants.","path":["Rural Electric Cooperative Law","Article 1.
