The Calendar of bills on the order of\nthird reading shall consist of all bills which have been advanced  to  a\nthird  reading  from  the order of second report or the order of special\nreport.\n  b. All Senate bills,  when  advanced  to  a  third  reading  shall  be\nreferred automatically to the Jacketing Clerk, who shall cause each such\nbill  to  be  readied  for  final  passage  in the same form as the last\nprinted copy thereof. All such bills shall be jacketed with  the  proper\njurat for certification of final passage attached.","path":["Senate Rules","Rule 9.
