When the public administrator in virtue of his office has been\nsuperseded he shall deliver to the fiduciary who has superseded him all\nthe personal property belonging to the estate which he has in his\npossession after deducting therefrom his expenses, costs and commissions\nas ordinarily allowed by the court upon the entry of a decree upon final\naccounting.\n  2.
