Composition of the board. The board shall consist of not less\nthan fourteen members, ten of whom shall be physicians representing the\nspecialties of neurology, cardiovascular medicine, internal medicine,\nfamily practice, opthalmology, psychiatry, orthopedics, emergency\nmedicine, rehabilitative medicine and gerontology. At least two members\nof the board shall be lay persons.
