Code § 11-317","heading":"§ 11-317 Fees for searches to be added to bills.","body":"Fees for such searches shall be included in the bills mentioned in section 11-316 of this chapter, and also charges for certificates, which shall be given by the commissioner of finance or his or her designee respecting lots on which there may be no arrears when searches are required.
