Code § 13-522","heading":"§ 13-522 Contributions of members and their use; annuity reserve fund.","body":"Upon the retirement of a contributor, his or her accumulated deductions shall be transferred from the annuity savings fund to a fund to be known as the annuity reserve fund. His or her annuity shall be paid out of such annuity reserve fund.
