Code § 13-539","heading":"§ 13-539 Prohibition upon members and employees.","body":"Except as provided in this chapter, the members and employees of the retirement board are prohibited from having any interest, directly or indirectly, in the gains or profits of any investment made by the retirement board or as such, directly or indirectly, from receiving any pay or emolument for their services.
