Code § 13-607","heading":"§ 13-607 Trustee of fund.","body":"The commissioner of sanitation shall be the treasurer and trustee of such relief and pension fund. Before entering upon his or her duties as such treasurer and trustee, he or she shall deliver to the comptroller a bond in the penal sum of seventy-five thousand dollars, to be approved by the comptroller, conditioned for the faithful discharge and performance of his or her duties as such treasurer and trustee.
