Code § 14-160","heading":"§ 14-160 Officer deployment.","body":"No later than October 1, 2016, and every year thereafter no later than February 1 of each such year, the department shall post on its website a report that includes, for each precinct, housing police service area and transit district, the total number and percentage of active duty officers who:\n\na. have had two or more cases substantiated by the civilian complaint review board in the last three calendar years;\n\nb. were subject to an internal affairs investigation that resulted in the officer's suspension from employment within the last five calendar years;\n\nc. have been found by the department to have used excessive force, as such term is defined in subdivision a of section 14-158, in the last three calendar years, where such information is available pursuant to subdivision c of such section; or\n\nd. have been arrested as a result of actions taken while on duty or related to an officer's job function, in the last ten calendar years, provided that nothing in this subdivision shall require the reporting of records that have been sealed.\n\n(L.L. 2016/088, 8/3/2016, eff. 8/3/2016)","path":["New York City Administrative Code","Title 14","Chapter 1: Police Department"],"source_url":"https://files.amlegal.com/pdffiles/NewYorkCity/Admin/XML.zip","current_through":"Local Law 2026/135 (enacted August 31, 2026)","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-06T02:48:57Z","sha256":"ef3659112bc19c891eb041bcb3c338667f1ed6a0ef394cf964af8779554e00a5","source_id":"us-nyc","stale":false,"prev":"us-nyc/n.y.c.-admin.-code-14-159","next":"us-nyc/n.y.c.-admin.-code-14-161"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
