Code § 14-199","heading":"§ 14-199 Reports on criminal complaints and arrests.","body":"a. \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tData. The commissioner shall post on the department’s website, in machine-readable format, data on all criminal complaints and arrests. Such data shall include a listing of each criminal complaint received on or after January 1, 2007, and for each such complaint the following information:\n\n1. A randomly generated unique identification number;\n\n2. The precinct in which the incident occurred;\n\n3. The date and time at which the incident occurred;\n\n4. A description of the incident and classification of any relevant offenses, including but not limited to: (i) a reference to all alleged violations of law that occurred; and (ii) whether the highest alleged offense was a felony, misdemeanor, or violation;\n\n5. The date on which the incident was reported to police;\n\n6. The suspect’s perceived race, gender, and age range;\n\n7. The victim’s perceived race, gender, and age range, where known;\n\n8. The location where the incident occurred, including latitude and longitude if available, but in all cases at least as specific as the nearest intersection;\n\n9. Whether the complaint resulted in an arrest, or otherwise has been resolved by the department;\n\n10. The date on which any arrest or departmental resolution of a complaint occurred; and\n\n11. If an arrest occurs, the location of such arrest and the age range, race, and gender of each arrestee.\n\nb. Any reporting of age ranges required by subdivision a of this section shall be in the following increments: under the age of 18, 18 - 25, 26 - 35, 36 - 40, 41 - 60, or over 60.\n\nc. \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tWebsite.
