Code § 15-153","heading":"§ 15-153 Report on fire department vehicles and equipment.","body":"a. \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tDefinitions. For the purpose of this section, the following terms have the following meanings:\n\nEMS equipment. The term “EMS equipment” means any equipment used by emergency medical service personnel in the course of responding to medical emergencies, including, but not limited to, non-disposable personal protective equipment, required ambulance equipment and medical tools.\n\nFirefighting equipment. The term “firefighting equipment” means any equipment used by firefighters in the course of fire and rescue operations, including, but not limited to, bunker gear, non-disposable personal protective equipment, and tools used to assist in fire and rescue operations.\n\nOperational equipment. The term “operational equipment” means all firefighting equipment and EMS equipment.\n\nb. \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tReport. 1 year after the effective date of the local law that added this section, and annually thereafter, the commissioner shall submit to the mayor and the speaker of the council, and post on the department’s website, a report regarding fire department vehicles and operational equipment. Such report shall include the following information for each firehouse and EMS station:\n\n1. An inventory of all fire department vehicles and operational equipment, including an assessment of the age and condition of each inventoried vehicle and piece of operational equipment; and\n\n2.
