Code § 15-203","heading":"§ 15-203 Right of way of fire apparatus; obstructing.","body":"The officers and members of the department, and the officers and members of the insurance patrol respectively, with their apparatus of all kinds, when on duty, shall have the right of way at and in proceeding to any fire or other emergency in any highway, street or avenue, over any and all vehicles of any kind, except those carrying the United States mail.
