Code § 16-473","heading":"§ 16-473 Reporting requirements.","body":"No later than January 31, 2015, and annually thereafter, any person registered pursuant to section 16-472 of this chapter shall submit an annual report to the department. Such report shall include, but not be limited to, the following:\n\ni. the name and address of each operator of the motor vehicle used for acceptance of recyclable containers in bulk;\n\nii. any change to the information contained in each such operator's registration;\n\niii. each location where collected recyclable containers are delivered; and\n\niv. the total amount of refunds paid out and revenue generated, in the aggregate, by the registrant for the prior calendar year pursuant to the registration issued by the department.","path":["New York City Administrative Code","Chapter 4-D: Acceptance of Recyclable Containers in Bulk Using Motor Vehicles"],"source_url":"https://files.amlegal.com/pdffiles/NewYorkCity/Admin/XML.zip","current_through":"Local Law 2026/135 (enacted August 31, 2026)","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-06T02:48:57Z","sha256":"98561d32295f6a11b7784123eb8c6c14b151b581ad18cd2394018d75650c1397","source_id":"us-nyc","stale":false,"prev":"us-nyc/n.y.c.-admin.-code-16-472","next":"us-nyc/n.y.c.-admin.-code-16-474"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
