Code § 16-525","heading":"§ 16-525 Displaced employee list.","body":"The commission shall maintain a list containing the names and contact addresses or telephone numbers of persons formerly employed by a business engaged in the collection, removal or disposal of trade waste whose employment ended following the denial or revocation of a license pursuant to this chapter. The addition or deletion of information on such list shall be made only upon the request of such a former employee. A copy of such list shall be made available upon request to an applicant for a license pursuant to this chapter.
