Code § 17-370","heading":"§ 17-370 Violations and penalties.","body":"Any owner or operator of a boarding kennel, business or establishment that violates any provision of this subchapter shall be liable for a civil penalty of two hundred and fifty dollars for each violation. A proceeding to recover any such civil penalty shall be commenced by the service of a notice of violation which shall be returnable to the administrative tribunal established by the department.
