Code § 17-603","heading":"§ 17-603 Prior notice of testing policy.","body":"At the beginning of each school year, every motor carrier shall give written notice of its drug testing policy, as provided by the board of education pursuant to section 17-609(d)(2) of this chapter, to all drivers employed by it.
