Code § 17-806","heading":"§ 17-806 Violations.","body":"Any person found to be in violation of subdivision (b), (c) or (d) of section 17-804, section 17-814, or section 17-815 of this chapter or any of the rules promulgated thereunder shall be liable for a civil penalty of five hundred dollars for each violation.
