Code § 18-162","heading":"§ 18-162 Swimming lessons at indoor pools.","body":"Subject to appropriation and the availability of adequate facilities and sufficient staffing to meet the requirements of this section, the department shall offer swimming lessons for children and adults, including persons with disabilities, at each indoor pool location under the jurisdiction of the commissioner that is open to the public.
