Code § 19-1201","heading":"§ 19-1201 Definitions.","body":"As used in this chapter, the following terms have the following meanings:\n\nBenchmark. The term “benchmark” means a benchmark as set forth in subdivision c of section 19-199.1.\n\nBenchmark project. The term “benchmark project” has the same meaning as such term is defined in section 19-199.1.\n\nDepartment capital project. The term “department capital project” has the same meaning as such term is defined in section 19-199.1.\n\nMajor transportation project. The term “major transportation project” has the same meaning as such term is defined in section 19-101.2.\n\nNon-benchmark project. The term “non-benchmark project” means a department capital project that is not a benchmark project.\n\nProject liaison. The term “project liaison” means a department email address or email address for the department of design and construction that a person may contact with questions about the status of a department capital project and to receive updates regarding such a project.\n\n(L.L. 2025/062, 5/10/2025, eff. 11/6/2026; Am.
