Breaking or injuring. It shall be unlawful for any person to break or otherwise injure any street. There shall be no penalty for a violation of this section in case of an accidental breaking of or injury to a street which is repaired to the satisfaction of the commissioner, within forty-eight hours after such break or injury.\n\nb. Defacing.
