All schedules, rates, departure and arrival information shall be posted in accordance with the ADA.\n\nb. Wherever there may be multiple points of embarkation onto a water borne commuter vessel, operators of water borne commuter services facilities shall prominently post signage and make regular announcements notifying passengers of which point of embarkation is part of an accessible route for each boarding.\n\nc.
