The commissioner shall establish a program to provide counseling to individuals in the city about any such individual’s eligibility for the federal and state student loan forgiveness programs described in the notice prepared under section 12-211 and other student loan repayment options. Such program shall be available to individuals with an existing student loan and to such other individuals as the commissioner deems eligible.\n\nb.
