A fast food employer must keep records of the following for two years:\n\n1. Deduction authorizations and revocations made pursuant to this chapter;\n\n2. Remittances pursuant to this chapter;\n\n3. Deductions pursuant to this chapter;\n\n4. A copy of the authorization required by subdivision d of section 20-1302;\n\n5. Proof of distribution of the notice to fast food employees required by subdivision h of section 20-1302;\n\nb.
