Code § 20-1403","heading":"§ 20-1403 Establishment of the retirement savings program.","body":"Subject to applicable federal and state law, the board, in coordination with the comptroller with respect to the authority described in section 20-1406, shall establish a retirement savings program as set forth by this chapter, either directly or indirectly through agreement with an administrator pursuant to section 20-1405, for the purpose of promoting greater retirement savings for individuals in the New York city private sector.
