Code § 20-583","heading":"§ 20-583 Certificate of inspection.","body":"Each inspector shall furnish a certificate to the owner of the weights or measures inspected, and shall keep a record of each certificate given on a corresponding stub. The certificates and corresponding stubs shall be numbered consecutively. The books containing the stubs, after the corresponding certificates have been given out, shall be a public record.
