Any person who violates any provision of this subchapter or any rule promulgated thereunder is liable for a civil penalty of zero dollars for a first violation, not more than $250 for a second violation, and not more than $500 for a third or subsequent violation.\n\nb. Each distinct advertisement that violates any provision of this subchapter or any rule promulgated thereunder shall constitute a separate violation.\n\nc.
