Code § 21-915","heading":"§ 21-915 Annual report regarding child fatality review aggregate findings and recommendations.","body":"No later than June 1, 2018, and no later than 18 months after the end of each calendar year thereafter, ACS shall publish and make available on its website a report on the findings and recommendations of its child fatality reviews during the previous calendar year. Such report shall include, but not be limited to, the following:\n\n(i) the number of fatalities of children known to ACS for the previous year;\n\n(ii) the cause of death in such fatalities;\n\n(iii) the age, gender, race and ethnicity of children with fatalities for the previous year;\n\n(iv) any relevant trends identified and systemic recommendations, including opportunities for inter-agency collaboration; and\n\n(v) a summary of any case practice findings and agency policy changes made in response to child fatalities in the previous 12 months.\n\n(L.L. 2018/019, 12/31/2017, eff. 12/31/2017)","path":["New York City Administrative Code","Title 21","Chapter 9: Children's Services"],"source_url":"https://files.amlegal.com/pdffiles/NewYorkCity/Admin/XML.zip","current_through":"Local Law 2026/135 (enacted August 31, 2026)","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-06T02:48:57Z","sha256":"cef598a6c85a4b9a07833db94946a2e2d775e2e8b5977fd77b73178c32e4c90c","source_id":"us-nyc","stale":false,"prev":"us-nyc/n.y.c.-admin.-code-21-914","next":"us-nyc/n.y.c.-admin.-code-21-916"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
