Code § 22-1106","heading":"§ 22-1106 Remedies and enforcement.","body":"Violation of this chapter shall be punishable by a civil penalty of not more than $5000, provided that the administering agency shall offer a covered developer an opportunity to cure for a first time violation of this chapter.
