Code § 22-115","heading":"§ 22-115 Removal of sweepings, ashes and garbage.","body":"The commissioner shall dispose of all sweepings, ashes and garbage removed by him or her in cleaning wharf property pursuant to subdivision b of section seven hundred four of the charter.
