Code § 24-106","heading":"§ 24-106 Investigations and studies by commissioner.","body":"The commissioner may make or cause to be made any investigation or study that in his or her opinion is desirable for the purpose of enforcing this code or controlling or reducing the amount or kind of air contaminants.
