Where the department generates a noise inspection report pursuant to a complaint submitted through 311, any person may request a copy of such report by providing the 311 tracking number on a form and in a manner to be specified by the department subject to subdivision d of this section.\n\nb. Where the police department generates a noise inspection report pursuant to a complaint submitted through 311, any person may request a copy of such report by providing the 311 tracking number to the police department on a form and in a manner to be specified by such department subject to subdivision d of this section.\n\nc. The department or police department shall provide a copy of a report requested under this section within 14 days of receiving such a request.\n\nd.
