Code § 26-2701","heading":"§ 26-2701 Definitions.","body":"As used in this chapter, the following terms have the following meanings:\n\nDepartment. The term \"department\" means the department of housing preservation and development.\n\nMitchell-Lama development. The term \"Mitchell-Lama development\" means a housing development organized pursuant to article two of the private housing finance law and supervised by the department.\n\nWaiting list.
