Code § 26-2803","heading":"§ 26-2803 Report.","body":"By no later than September 30, 2021, and by September 30 in each year thereafter, the department shall submit to the mayor and the speaker of the council a report specifying the following data:\n\na. For each housing development project that received city financial assistance in the preceding fiscal year, (i) the number of dwelling units offered for rent that are subject to a regulatory agreement requiring that occupancy of such units be restricted based on the income of the occupants, (ii) the number of such units set aside for homeless individuals and families and (iii) whether such housing development project is a supportive housing project; and\n\nb.
