Code § 26-3003","heading":"§ 26-3003 Methods of enforcement.*","body":"The commissioner may use any of the methods set forth in this chapter to enforce compliance with applicable affordable housing provisions, including, but not limited to:\n\na. Proceedings before an administrative tribunal within the jurisdiction of the office of administrative trials and hearings for the recovery of civil penalties for violations;\n\nb. Civil judicial proceedings for the recovery of civil penalties or injunctive relief or both for violations, and for the enforcement of orders issued by the commissioner;\n\nc. Investigatory powers as set forth in this chapter;\n\nd. Appointment of an authorized monitor; and\n\ne.
