Code § 26-3004","heading":"§ 26-3004 Unlawful conduct.*","body":"It shall be unlawful to erect, construct, alter, extend, occupy, use, operate, rent or sell any building or premises subject to applicable affordable housing provisions, or to cause or permit same to be done, in conflict with or in violation of any such provisions.
