For the purpose of this chapter the following terms shall have the following meanings:\n\n(1) \"Dwelling unit\" means a dwelling unit as such term is defined in subdivision thirteen of section 27-2004 of the housing maintenance code.\n\n(2) \"Owner\" means an owner as defined in section 27-2004 of the housing maintenance code.\n\nb.
