Code § 26-810","heading":"§ 26-810 Conversion of property.","body":"Notwithstanding the provisions of section 26-805 and section 26-806 of this chapter, when a conversion occurs, an owner or bona fide purchaser shall allow the current tenant or tenants to remain in their respective dwelling units for the longer of six months from the effective date of the conversion or until the tenant's lease expires, and at the same terms and conditions as before such conversion.
