Code § 27-2017.10","heading":"§ 27-2017.10 Violations placed by the department of health and mental hygiene.","body":"Where the owner of the dwelling or relevant dwelling unit within such dwelling fails to comply with an order of the department of health and mental hygiene to correct a violation placed by the department of health and mental hygiene pursuant to section 17-199.6, the department of health and mental hygiene shall certify such conditions to the department of housing preservation and development within ten days after the date set for correction in said order.
