Code § 27-260","heading":"§ 27-260 Classification.","body":"Buildings and spaces shall be classified in the institutional occupancy group when persons suffering from physical limitations because of health or age are harbored therein for care or treatment; when persons are detained therein for penal or correctional purposes; or when the liberty of the incarcerated individuals is restricted. The institutional occupancy group consists of sub groups H-1 and H-2.\n\n(Am. 2021 N.Y.
