Code § 28-103.33.1","heading":"§ 28-103.33.1 Definitions.","body":"As used in this section, the following terms have the following meaning:\n\nALTERNATIVE ENERGY PROJECT. Construction work on a building that will result in such building having at least 50 kilowatts of alternative energy capacity installed onsite from:\n\n1. A qualified energy resource, as such term is defined in section 45 of title 26 of the United States code; or\n\n2. A source that is determined to be renewable by the commissioner or the head of another agency designated by the mayor.\n\nGREEN ROOF SYSTEM.
