Code § 28-105.1.1","heading":"§ 28-105.1.1 Notification to fire department.","body":"The commissioner, in consultation with the fire commissioner, shall establish a procedure for notifying the fire department of the issuance of any permit that will result in the issuance of a new or amended certificate of occupancy or other change in the use or occupancy of the premises.
