Code § 28-105.1.2","heading":"§ 28-105.1.2 Projects for which a stormwater construction permit is required.","body":"It shall be a violation of this code to engage in any development activity with respect to a covered development project without a stormwater construction permit issued by the department of environmental protection. The issuance of a permit pursuant to this code shall not be construed to be permission for any activity that requires a stormwater construction permit issued by the department of environmental protection pursuant to chapter 5-A of title 24 of the administrative code. The issuance of a stormwater construction permit by the department of environmental protection shall not be construed as permission for work that requires a permit from the department of buildings pursuant to this code.\n\n(L.L. 2017/097, 5/30/2017, eff. 6/1/2019; Am.
