Code § 28-112.6.1","heading":"§ 28-112.6.1 Withdrawal of work permit applications.","body":"In the event that an owner withdraws an application, the owner may obtain a refund of all or a portion of the fee paid as follows:\n\n1. If an application for construction document approval is withdrawn prior to the commencement of examination of the application all but $40 of the deposit fee paid shall be refunded.\n\n2. If an application for construction document approval is withdrawn during the progress of examination of the application, the comptroller shall retain a percentage of the deposit fee paid, which the department shall certify is the equivalent percentage of the examination completed, but not less than $100. The remainder of the deposit fee shall be refunded to the owner.\n\n3.
