Code § 28-114.5","heading":"§ 28-114.5 Disqualification.","body":"The commissioner may disqualify an approved agency or inspector from performing inspections pursuant to this code for cause. The approved agency or inspector shall be given prior notice of the proposed disqualification and the opportunity to contest such action.
